No. The 30-day free trial on the Starter plan requires absolutely no payment method. Sign up with your email, connect your data sources, and start generating reports immediately. You only enter payment details when you choose to upgrade.
After 30 days, your account moves to a limited free tier — you keep access but report generation will be paused until you subscribe to a paid plan. We'll send you a reminder email 5 days and 1 day before the trial ends so you're never surprised.
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. No pro-rated fees, no penalties.
A manual report is generated when you click "Generate Report" inside the app. An automated report is scheduled to generate and optionally email your client on a recurring schedule (weekly or monthly) — without you having to do anything. Automated reports are available on Agency and Enterprise plans.
